Need to make a return? You can begin the return process by submitting a Return Request Form or calling OTRTires Support at (888) 410-0604 to speak directly to a representative.
Returns are accepted within 30-days of delivery. We even pay the freight. Only unused tires that have not been mounted or driven on are eligible for return. Once we receive the tires back in our warehouse, an 80% refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returned orders.
If a shipment has arrived damaged or is the incorrect item, please contact OTRTires Support at (888) 410-0604. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for a replacement or exchange of the damage or incorrect item(s). We will also arrange for the return.
To expedite delivery time, orders are processed within minutes of being received. If an order cancellation is requested, we make every attempt to cancel it before the tire(s) are shipped by our distribution center. If we are unable to cancel the order in time, the tires can be returned by the customer within 30 days, as outlined above. A 10% service fee is applied for any cancelled orders that are applied before shipping takes place. Cancellation requests sent after the tires have been shipped into transit unfortunately cannot be honored.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The only tires OTRTires can warranty are brand new defects (meaning that they have not been mounted or driven on). Any bead damaged will be void of any warranty claim. Any other adjustments should be taken to the nearest authorized dealer for that manufacturer.
Sometimes the manufacturer also provides a treadlife warranty and mileage rating. Please be aware that not all tires hold a mileage warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a treadlife warranty
